1. Search internal database , local agents for availability or using appropriate advertisements.
2. Screening of candidates for preliminary interview and short listing.
3. Interview conducted by client’s representative with Skill testing ( if Required ).
4. Medical examination.
5. Background and Police checking.
6. Sign Employment contract and prepare all documents required for visa processing.
7. Immigration formalities and approval.
8. Pre-Departure assistance & Orientation to worker.
9. Departure of worker.
