Job Description

– Proactively finding opportunities for business growth by securing existing business, development of portfolio by acquiring new accounts further ensuring repeat business.

– To establish and maintain strong relationship with the established clientele and constantly explores into new business opportunities.

– To assist the Sales Manager and fellow Sales Executives to follow up on all matters in their absence.

– Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

– Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

– Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

– Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

– Wear multiple hats (Sales, Admin and PA)

– Provide daily and weekly workflow forecasts and reports for the director

Qualifications

– Friendly personality with an extroverted nature

– Past Experience in Pro-active sales and experience as a Sales Executive may be advantageous.

– Comfortable with working alone during the initial stages as the other members travel often

– Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.

– The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.

– Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.

– An employee that sees the company as their own and is willing to put in the extra effort when needed
